KMC is a small company comprised of 3 principals with years of industry experience in organizations large and small. We brought our customers and formed KMC based on a shared interest in delivering superior customer service - we're great at what we do, and treat everyone as we'd like to be treated.

Any investment, financing, or even a new cell phone requires some research. As customers, we've been annoyed by what seem to be half-truths and "oops, I forgot to mention ..."

At KMC we bring straight talk to help our customers make their best decision.

We understand that the decision might not include KMC - we won't badger you. We've helped some negotiate a short-term payment plan with the vendor - and helped others to confirm that their bank had the right offer for them.

We always return to those who tell it like it is, and don't have to fake an interest in our satisfaction. That's what we believe sets us apart from most of our competitors.

A couple suggestions ...

• "You're pre-approved" is almost never true - it usually means "you're on a list" - not necessarily a bad thing, but we've met many customers who've had a rough go after such a start.
• Call at least 2, and maybe 4 different companies before you decide (see links to the right for help)
