Customers won't ask for financing options, it's too embarrassing ...

Show them the value, demonstrate the ROI ...

Most products help the bottom line - increasing productivity or efficiency. But ROI ("pay for itself in just 9 months") may not bring a final decision - especially if they can't afford to make the investment.

Present the bottom line benefit as a monthly figure - compare that to a monthly payment.

If benefit exceeds payment, it's a no-brainer no matter how they choose to pay. Most of the time, even a shorter term makes the immediate benefit very obvious.
